If you would like to hire DigiPest to work on an IT or security project with you, our standard terms are as follows:
Initial Consultation: An initial consultation for new clients will incur a minimum charge of £120 + VAT. Payment must be received prior to the initial consultation call/meeting.
Normal Office Hours: Our normal office hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 GMT. Work performed outside these hours will be charged at a higher rate.
Standard Payment Terms: Unless agreed in writing prior to work commencing, our standard payment terms are Net 7-days from date of invoice. (excluding initial consultations, as noted above)
Payment Methods: DigiPest accepts payment via bank/wire transfer, PayPal, credit card (via PayPal), and cheque.
